On May 1, 2026, Ms. Kanokwan Kochapan, On May 1, 2026, Ms. Kanokwan Kochapan, General Administration Officer, participated in the “Digital Transformation Champions” project for the fiscal year 2026 at Chok Kaeo Meeting Room, Building 31, 5th Floor, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Ruedech Kerdvichai, President of the University Council, who also delivered a special lecture on the topic:

“Empowering the Future: Driving Suan Sunandha towards a Digital University with the Power of Digital Transformation Champions.”

Following this, a special lecture was given on the topic "Road to Digital University: The Role of Champions in Driving the Organization," by... Professor Dr. Suchada Sukharong, Director of the Institute of Integrated Innovation, Chulalongkorn University, presided over the morning session.

The afternoon session focused on "Organization Transformation," covering understanding the new organizational structure and goals, and included a workshop on setting personal goals for change leadership (SMART Goals), led by Dr. Ronnakorn Waiyawut, Deputy Director of the Institute of Integrated Innovation, Chulalongkorn University.

This project, organized by the Office of Academic Services and Information Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, aims to develop change leaders within organizations to serve as a key mechanism in translating policies into tangible results and creating long-term value for the organization.
