For those who will submit a request, it must be
- People born in the year 2004.
- Not studying
for a Royal Thai Army or not completing
a Royal Thai Army according to the
curriculum
- is a student at Suan
Sunandha Rajabhat
University

required for applying for a waiver are
as follows:

summons (Sor.35) 1 copy
2. 1 copy of
military certificate (Sor.9)
3. 1
copy of student identification
card
4. 1 copy of ID card
5. 1
copy of house
registration
6. Student
certificate (original) 1 copy
7. One
copy of name-surname change form (if
any).
8. Copy of Sod.10 in case of
transfer of military domicile (if any) 1
copy
9. Copy of Sod.43 in the case
where there has been a deferment. but
transferred 1 educational
institution
