From now until 23 October 2025 (Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 4 pm  And Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm) (except Sunday and public holidays)

Documents required include:

1.1.a Copy of rank appointment order Along with signing to certify that every sheet is true

2.2.a Copy of government official ID card with changed prefix correct

3.2.a In the case of not having an official ID card, such as a second lieutenant, a copy of your ID card can be used instead
