Afternoon on January 27, 2025, Professor Dr. Suwat Nuankhao, Director of Ranong Provincial Education Center  Chaired a meeting on management and review of the hotel and dormitory work at Meeting Room A 306, Ranong Provincial Education Center, Mueang District, Ranong Province, with relevant personnel attending the meeting.  

The issues in the meeting were as follows:
1. Review operating results, income, expenses, and problems between October-December 2024 and guidelines for improvement in the 2nd quarter.

2. Review assigned work, such as preparing summary reports. Room use according to Master Plan 68 rooms/renovation work/purchasing work/monthly debt collection and daily income reconciliation work, etc.
3. Follow up and report on stock control (receiving - disbursing) of mineral water on a monthly basis.
4. Adjust and change management methods and assign work. with gaps on various sides
