On June 26, 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Komsan Sommanawat, Acting Director of the Ranong Provincial Education Center, assigned Ms. Kanokwan Kochapan, General Administrative Officer, to participate in the 7th Digital Transformation Champions Project: Study Visit to the Department of Land Transport.

On this occasion, Mr. Soracha Hirunwat, Director of the Information Technology Center, Department of Land Transport, graciously welcomed the study group, opened the activity, and lectured on the topic **“Development of Key Information Technology Systems and Digital Services”**. He conveyed concepts and guidelines for developing digital systems, including the application of technology to enhance the efficiency of government services to meet the needs of the public in the digital age.

Following the lecture, participants were divided into groups for study visits to key departments, including:

???? **Group 1:** Studying the automated robotic arm system for producing vehicle license plates to learn about the application of automation in increasing production efficiency.

???? **Group 2:** Studying the road transport monitoring system using the **DLT GPS** system, a technology that supports transportation management, vehicle tracking, and enhancing transportation safety.

This study visit was held to further enhance the learning experience for the participants. This helps to enhance knowledge and experience in driving organizational transformation through digital technology, in order to apply it in developing operations and improving the efficiency of the university's services.
