From June 28-30, 2026, the Ranong Education Center of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Komsan Sommanawat, Acting Director of the Ranong Education Center, along with Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Krisada Chimpleewat, Deputy Director of the Ranong Education Center, and Ms. Pratchakhon Ketlikitkul, Acting Director of the Center Administration Division, participated in the workshop **"Guidelines for Driving University Policies and Future Development Directions"** at Phumantra Resort, Nakhon Nayok Province.

This meeting brought together university administrators to brainstorm, exchange perspectives, and determine the direction of university development to align with the changing context of higher education in the future.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriwibul, President of the University, who also delivered a special lecture on university adaptation for survival and enhancing competitiveness amidst the challenges of current education.

Furthermore, Associate Professor Dr. Ruedech Kerdvichai, Chairman of the University Council, shared his insights on strategic management. Applying **OKR (Objectives and Key Results)** and cost-effective budget allocation guidelines to drive the university towards efficient and sustainable development.
