By this memorandum of understanding It is a memorandum of understanding between the Ranong Province Human Trafficking Victims' Welfare Protection Center and educational agencies and higher education institutions.  In order to show the image of cooperation in helping and protecting the welfare of victims.  The quality of education has been developed.  Career development  create learning  Increase opportunities and options for victims who wish to receive education and career development.Including expanding the target group of the network to create knowledge.  Understanding prevention and combating human trafficking  Be aware and give importance to the problem of human trafficking.  Participate in preventing human trafficking problems in the area.
